1. Operating Entity
These terms govern the purchase and licensing of digital software and cloud utilities provided by Gadgets Bench Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered address in Huddersfield, HD4 5DF, United Kingdom.
2. Software License Grant
Upon purchase, Gadgets Bench Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to install, integrate, and deploy the selected software module in your internal systems, websites, or client software projects.
You may not re-sell, redistribute the raw source package as a standalone template store, or sublicense the original software archive directly to third parties without prior written consent.
3. Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed securely through our authorized Merchant of Record partners (e.g. Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, or Stripe). Prices are clearly listed in USD ($) and converted at standard mid-market exchange rates if paying in alternate currencies.
4. Delivery & Fulfillments
All software downloads, source packages, and license keys are delivered electronically immediately upon completed transaction confirmation. Detailed SLA policies are available on our Delivery Policy page.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from your use of our software are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
